Aesop Partners expands with hire of new Principal

Aesop Partners LLC is delighted to announce a new addition to the team. Heather Bolen, Ph.D. has been appointed to the role of Principal. In this role, she will provide consulting abilities across all products and services including organizational assessments, executive assessments, and executive coaching. Additionally, she is charged with enhancing our offerings through quantitative analytics and insights. Since its inception, Aesop has focused on developing long-standing business relationships. As clients’ businesses and interests have grown and diversified, they have increased services to meet expanding needs.

Serving in similar roles with three leading consulting firms where she conducted research into the key discernible drivers of individual talent and boosted performance at Fortune 500 companies through talent selection, leadership development, and employee engagement. Additionally, she offers a proven track record in providing private equity firms insight into the talent implications of their investment decisions.

Bolen earned her Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University and B.A. from Michigan State University with honors in Psychology. She currently lives in Detroit with her husband, Nick, and their two children.
